Welcome to Sonoma F.I.T.
We offer small group personalized fitness training to the Sonoma community and greater San Francisco Bay Area. With a focus on "Functional Fitness" (see sidebar), we offer modalities that fit the whole-body approach to fitness.
We Specialize in Kettlebell Training
Sonoma F.I.T. has become known for it's Kettlebell Training program. We make kettlebell training accessible to students outside of the personal training setting. Our programs are designed to be supportive, fun and effective.
Small Group Personalized Fitness Training
As a small studio, we strive to provide the best fitness experience possible. We offer highly qualified instructors and trainers, personal attention, small class size, and the convenience of automated check-in and on-line registration.

A Sonoma F.I.T. our approach to fitness is two-fold:
1) Fun In Training. If we can help you find fun in fitness, you'll experience life-long benefits.
2) Functional Integrated Training. Training the body to move as it was designed to move –with neuromuscular efficiency in multiple planes, accelerating, decelerating and stabilizing.
We've expanded the meaning of the word "F.I.T." If it's a Yoga class, F.I.T. might mean "Finding Inner Tranquility". A Kettlebell student offered this definition: "Fitting Into Tight Jeans". You decide what F.I.T. means to you.
We're dedicated to functional training principles, and fun, effective programs for a more fit body, mind, spirit and lifestyle.
