As a small studio, we strive to provide the best fitness experience possible by providing qualified instructors and trainers, personal attention, small class size, and the convenience of automated check-in and on-line registration.
We Offer Kettlebell Training and classes, along with Ashtanga Power Yoga. Periodically we offer other classes and workshops for Fitness of Body, Mind and Spirit.

Kettlebell I Total Body Fitness Workshop:
(4 session series)Learn Kettlebells! Safely learn all the kettlebell techniques and moves from a Certified Fitness Trainer. Completion of the workshop is required for attendance in the on-going drop-in Level II classes: Efficient, High Energy, Low Impact, Surprisingly Effective 45-minute Classes.
