Welcome to Sonoma F.I.T.

We offer small group personalized fitness training to the Sonoma community and greater San Francisco Bay Area. We are dedicated to bringing new, creative and effective fitness programs to the Sonoma community. With a foundation in "Functional Fitness" (see sidebar), we choose to offer modalities that fit the whole-body approach to fitness. Our classes and workshops support fitness of mind, body, spirit and lifestyle.

Sonoma F.I.T. has become known for taking elite whole-body fitness modalities, such as Kettlebell Training, and making them accessible to students outside of the personal training setting. Our programs are designed to be supportive, fun and effective.

A Sonoma F.I.T. our approach to fitness is two-fold:

1) Fun In Training. If we can help you find fun in fitness, you'll experience life-long benefits.

2) Functional Integrated Training. Training the body to move as it was designed to move –with neuromuscular efficiency in multiple planes, accelerating, decelerating and stabilizing.

We've expanded the meaning of the word "F.I.T." If it's a Yoga class, F.I.T. might mean "Finding Inner Tranquility". A Kettlebell student offered this definition: "Fitting Into Tight Jeans". You decide what F.I.T. means to you.
